- You must not have had a previous ada7 account terminated for breach of these Terms.
Age Verification: ada7 reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents at any time to verify a player's age and identity. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals
ada7 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and USDT (via TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) for local payment methods and in USDT for cryptocurrency transactions.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for all local mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times are typically 1–3 hours for mobile wallet methods and 12–24 hours for USDT, subject to verification requirements.
- Deposit Limits: ada7 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at the platform level or at the individual account level. Players may also set their own deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools in the account dashboard.
- Withdrawal Verification: Before processing a withdrawal, ada7 may require the player to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a copy of a government-issued identity document and proof of the payment method used for deposits. - Same-Method Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals must generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. ada7 reserves the right to enforce this policy at its discretion.
- Bonus Funds: Withdrawal requests made while a bonus wagering requirement is active will be subject to the applicable bonus terms. Withdrawing before completing wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.
- Transaction Fees: ada7 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own service charges. USDT network gas fees are the responsibility of the player.
All funds deposited on ada7 are held in segregated accounts and are not commingled with ada7's operational funds. ada7 does not pay interest on player balances.
ada7 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, ada7 will notify the affected player and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.
5. Bonuses & Promotions

The following general rules apply to all ada7 bonuses and promotions unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual bonus terms:
- All bonuses must be claimed by eligible players who have a fully verified account in good standing.

ada7 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Accounts found to be exploiting bonuses in bad faith will be closed permanently and any outstanding balance forfeited, following an internal review process.
6. Gameplay Rules

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ada7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

8. Account Suspension & Closure
ada7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider related to the player's account
- Player request for self-exclusion or a cooling-off period under the responsible gaming policy

When an account is suspended for investigation, ada7 will freeze the account balance pending the outcome of the review.
